1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wisi Pay's APIs, SDKs, or Dashboard ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. License to Use
Subject to these terms, Wisi Pay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Integrate our APIs and SDKs into your applications.
- Access our Dashboard for administrative purposes.
- Deploy our self-hosted software binaries on your infrastructure (if licensed for Self-Hosted use).
Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service unless expressly permitted by a separate Source Code License Agreement.
3. API Usage & Limits
You agree to use the APIs in accordance with our documentation. We reserve the right to enforce rate limits to ensure the stability of the platform.
- Fair Use: Do not use the API for stress testing or scanning without prior written consent.
- Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any activity occurring under your keys is your responsibility.
4. Intellectual Property
Wisi Pay and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in the Services, including all intellectual property rights. The "Wisi Pay" name and logo are trademarks of Wisi Pay Technologies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisi Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wisi Pay for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
